Job Overview

Manages client accounts, develops relationships, identifies sales opportunities, and assists senior team members in achieving sales targets.

  • Collaborate closely with TE Engineering and Product Management to deliver tailored solutions using TE's product portfolio and development capabilities.
  • Lead technical discussions and deliver training sessions to customers.
  • Generate and manage sales and engineering projects (TERP) to increase TE content per vehicle and align with strategic goals.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all commercial and technical matters.
  • Work remotely from home, providing on-site support to customers across France, with occasional travel to Germany.
  • Provide regular and comprehensive updates to the Senior Sales Manager and Senior Management Team.
  • Prepare financial justifications, presentations, quotations, and lead pricing negotiations for both new and existing business.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive activity within the customer base and broader market.
  • Identify application areas where TE has limited presence and define product and coverage requirements to strengthen market position.

Your Ideal Background:

  • Proven experience in sales or a strong technical background with a desire to transition into Account Management.
  • Previous exposure to the Commercial and Industrial vehicle industry is a strong advantage.
  • Educational background in technical and commercial disciplines (college/university level); a specialization in Electronics or Electrical Engineering is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to a dynamic, field-based role.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a clear focus on targets and performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Fluency in French and English required; German is a plus but not essential.
