We are now looking for an engaged and visionary Head of Engineering, a leader who combines technical expertise with strategic ability and is driven by a passion for emerging technologies. You will play a key role in building up our unit and influencing its direction.

Your responsibilities:

Leadership: You recruit and lead a growing team of developers, architects, and technical project managers. You create an innovative and secure work environment that promotes learning and collaboration.

Consulting and advisor: You are yourself an active consultant in projects in roles such as Solution Architect, Senior Fullstack Developer, or Technical Project Manager, depending on your experience.

Innovation and development: Experience with AI and machine learning is a plus, but most importantly, your drive to apply new technologies and drive innovation to create groundbreaking solutions.

Business development and customer relations: You are used to developing businesses and nurturing customer relationships, understanding market needs and turning them into technical solutions that create real value.

Your background:

• A solid academic foundation in computer science or a related field
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills are essential for success in the role
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Previously worked as a consultant
• Previous experience as, for example, CTO, Tech Lead, Solution Architect, Senior Fullstack Developer, or Technical Project Manager
• Fluent in Swedish and English is a requirement
