We offer a competitive base salary between $60,000 and $70,000, depending on your experience and skills!

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

Join us as a Customer Service Representative and become part of a bilingual team committed to making every client feel valued. You will handle incoming orders, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with various departments of the company to create practical and effective solutions for our customers.

What You Will Do

  • Process and manage customer orders from Canada and the United States via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Analyze customer needs to propose cost-effective and efficient solutions.
  • Answer questions regarding product availability, offering intelligent solutions and alternatives.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Follow up on current orders and resolve issues proactively.
  • Manage inventory transactions and logistics through our internal systems and tools.
  • Collaborate closely with transportation, distribution, production, and sales teams to support customers and improve internal processes.
  • A Typical Day

    Your day starts with managing incoming calls—primarily from our network of distributors—which accounts for about 20% of your time. The rest of your day is dedicated to emails, entering orders into the system, and collaborating with our internal partners.

    Over time, you will develop product knowledge and a better understanding of our operations, which will open doors to advancement opportunities in various departments.

    And when it’s quieter? It’s the perfect time to propose ideas, learn something new, or contribute to process improvement. Each day is an opportunity to grow.

    A passion for providing exceptional customer service—every interaction matters.

    A positive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail.

    Fluency in French and English (essential for serving our Canadian and American clientele).

    The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced rhythm.

    Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word); experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus—but we offer training!

    And most importantly: an excellent attitude, the motivation to progress, and the openness to be coached.
