Lead & Develop a Winning Team β Lead a team of 6-8 outside sales representatives to exceed targets; train, mentor, coach, partner.
Drive Sales Growth β Develop strategies to increase market share, expand customer relationships, and boost revenue;
Build Strong Partnerships β Work closely with dealer network and hardscape contractors to position our products as the go-to choice;
Market & Competitive Analysis β Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitors, and identify new opportunities;
Sales Forecasting & Reporting β Track performance metrics through Power BI, CRM, and in-field observations, analyze data, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
Proven Sales Leadership β 5+ years of experience leading 5+ outside sales reps, preferably in hardscape, construction, or building materials;
Industry Expertise β Strong knowledge of hardscaping products, distribution channels, and key industry players;
Results-Oriented Mindset β A track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth;
People Leader β Ability to inspire, coach, and develop a top-tier sales team;
Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills β Comfortable leading high-stakes discussions with customers and stakeholders;
Willingness to Travel β Regional travel required to support the team and visit customers.

Sales Managers are eligible for uncapped sales bonuses with an average earnings potential of $115,000 - $140,000+ per year.
The starting pay will depend on various factors including but not limited to relevant professional and industry experience, education, and certifications.
