We are seeking a Manufacturing Support Systems Assistant to join our team at our Johns Creek, GA location.

About the Role:

As a Manufacturing Support Systems Assistant with Pavestone you are responsible for:

• Data Management and Working on Multiple Software Programs (Microsoft Office Products - Excel, Vorne production monitoring software, a CMMS Program, and Inventory Data Management Systems)
• Communicating effectively with Employees, Managers, and VP's – Internal Customer Service Tasks
• Monitoring Data Collection Software and Working to Maintain Accurate Reports
• Handling Other Administrative Tasks (as assigned to you by your manager)

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Data Management Experience
• Ability/Interest to learn new software/technology
• Customer Service, Administrative Tasks, and Inventory Management Skills
• Self-motivation and willingness to research solutions to project tasks is a must!
• Good Multi-Tasking, Communication, Time Management, and Organizational Ability (Attention to Detail is a Must!)
• Strong Technological Experience (Advanced Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Basic Computer Functions are a Must!)
• An Associate Degree, Certification, or Relatable Working Experience within a Business or Computer Technology Related Field preferred
