About the Role

Are you a tech enthusiast with a passion for service? For our team in West Flanders, we are looking for a Service Engineer who, with a proactive and customer-oriented attitude, ensures a premium customer journey. You will be the point of contact for customers when it comes to maintenance and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role and possesses mechanical and electronic skills to solve malfunctions. You have an eye for detail and accuracy and are communicatively skilled, both verbally and in writing. We are looking for someone with a passion for delivering a premium customer experience. You are also familiar with administrative systems and applications. Fluent in Dutch, English, and French is a must-have.
