Your Role

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager Clubs (region Midden-Holland, broadly from Haarlem to Dordrecht). The role offers variety and focuses on new business development and account management. You are driven, highly professional, reliable, and collaborative. You develop and maintain strong relationships and manage an extensive portfolio of products, services, and solutions. Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving local sales, profitability, and cash flow objectives;
  • Ensures, in addition to achieving the sales objective, the sale of Technogym Sell Out packages (marketing and promotional activities to increase the brand awareness of Technogym);
  • Develops business opportunities and exploits market potential;
  • Lead generation, customer profiling, activity planning, and CRM updates;
  • Enhances customer satisfaction;
  • Ensures adequate market feedback on segment trends;
  • Maintains and develops existing relationships and seeks new opportunities;
  • Market management and execution of the appropriate number of customer/prospect visits in line with the company's sales code.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Sales Account Manager or as Club Manager with a commercial mindset;
  • Higher education diploma;
  • Experience in managing complex deals and sales solutions;
  • Consultative sales approach and negotiation skills;
  • Solid experience with CRM software, knowledge of Salesforce is a plus;
  • Results-driven approach;
  • Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills;
  • Possess a driver's license.
