Your Role

As Accountmanager Inside Sales, you are (co-)responsible for the sales of Technogym. Calling customers and prospects is number one. By listening well and asking the right questions, you advise on a suitable wellness solution. This way, you ensure satisfied customers and contribute to sales. You fully register all activities you perform in our CRM system Salesforce. As Accountmanager Inside Sales, you fulfill a versatile sales role and communicate throughout the day with colleagues and customers. In the team of Inside Sales, there are eight other colleagues. You also work closely with our sales account managers, the marketing department, colleagues from customer service and after sales. You take initiative and signal opportunities. You know exactly what is needed to build good contacts, advise and maintain our relationships.

What Will You Do?

  • Selling products and services; face-to-face in our showroom and via telephone/email/chat;
  • Scheduling visit appointments for our sales account managers;
  • Following up on leads from marketing campaigns (telephone/email);
  • Relationship management; telephone and in consultation with the sales account managers;
  • Preparing quotes and contributing to achieving quarterly objectives.
