Scope

Geographical coverage: France (with interactions across North Europe when required). Reporting line: HR Service Delivery Manager – France & North Europe.

Key Missions & Responsibilities

1. HR Applications Administration & Governance

  • Manage local HR applications (Payroll, Absence, T&A, Document Management): Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls. Oversee access rights management and periodic reviews. Redesign and maintain authorization matrices.

2. Local Support for Global HR Platforms

  • Act as the local expert for global tools (Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, Onboarding/Offboarding solutions): Provide functional support to HR Service Delivery teams. Collect and consolidate enhancement requests for global teams. Ensure proper adoption and usage of global tools locally.

3. Project Management

  • Lead local HR projects from business case definition to go-live and hypercare: Draft functional specifications and coordinate UAT. Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication. Implement performance governance post-deployment.

4. Deployment of Global Initiatives

  • Adapt global HR solutions to local requirements: Ensure compliance with French labor laws and payroll regulations. Drive change management and training for end-users.

5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
  • Contribute to HR digitalization roadmap and adoption of new technologies (AI, RPA).
  • Monitor KPIs and propose corrective actions to improve service delivery.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR Service Delivery (Payroll & HR Admin), HRIS, HR Analytics, HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, IT, and Finance.
  • Act as a liaison between local teams and global product owners to ensure alignment and consistency.

Experience & Profile

  • 10 years of experience in HRIS and HR project management.
  • Multiple year of experience in Payroll & HR Administration activities
  • People Management capabilities
  • Continuous improvement and processes optimisation
  • Professional background within a large organization with a strong global culture.
  • Strong interest in technology, innovation, automation, and AI.
  • Employee and Managers centric & business benefits oriented.

Technical Skills (Hard Skills)

  • Ability to manage and analyze large data sets.
  • Ability to draft functional specifications (products, applications, interfaces).
  • End-to-end project management of local initiatives: from business case definition to go-live, hypercare, and implementation of performance governance.
  • Local deployment of global projects: adaptation, UAT, and change management.
  • Knowledge of the payroll related service and application providers. Strong knowledge of payroll and HR administration processes.
  • Proficiency with key HR applications: Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, large-scale payroll solutions, UKG, ...
  • Knowledge and practice of agile methodologies.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
