DTU Construct is looking for an IT supporter with experience, who wants to work with diverse tasks in an international research and teaching environment. As an IT supporter at DTU Construct, you will be part of an IT service team of 4 to 5 people, reporting to DTU Construct's director. The team, led by DTU Construct's IT manager, consists of an IT assistant, an engineer, and you. In the future, the team will be expanded with an IT trainee. Many of the tasks are carried out in close cooperation with DTU's central IT department and IT departments at other institutes. As an IT supporter, you will participate in the servicing of the institute's staff and students, as well as the setup and maintenance of computers, printers, networks, and similar. You will also contribute to the development of the institute's IT infrastructure. You will daily be in contact with many users, including many with an international background, which is why you must be good at communicating both verbally and in writing in Danish and English. Since there are many and varied tasks in the daily routine, it is important that you are able to independently plan and prioritize your work and handle many simultaneous tasks. We expect you to show commitment and take responsibility for your tasks and for the joint task solution in the team. We place importance on a work environment where professional sparring is a matter of course. We take pride in delivering high quality work and providing the best possible service to our users. You will have influence on the team's daily life, and we expect you to contribute to the work environment with a positive attitude. It is a requirement that you have an education as an IT supporter or equivalent. We would like to see that you have experience working as an IT supporter in a research environment.
