Why This Role Matters
You'll be architecting the Go to Market and Product strategy for Xcensio, the pathway for our clients out of the "involution" - Brand elevation through trusted retail channels like Target, Walmart, HomeDepot, Lowes, BestBuy and 100+ global retail channels to build brand quality and equity with the consumers.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Product Leadership:
- Architect and own the comprehensive product roadmap and strategy aligned with Xcensio's vision and client/market needs
- Effectively communicate and champion the Xcensio vision to internal and external stakeholders, inspire shared understanding, ensure cross-functional alignment and execution from roadmap to delivery
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities
- Define product requirements for client-facing dashboard, portal, and fulfillment automation systems
- Lead product strategy for multi-channel retail integration platform
Cross-Functional Execution:
- Collaborate with Technology team on building an integrated multi-channel Growth Platform, integration and technology roadmap development
- Partner with BD/Sales team to incorporate client feedback into product development
- Work with Operations team on fulfillment optimization and process automation
- Coordinate with Finance team on ROI analysis and pricing strategy
Client-Centric Development:
- Collect and analyze client feedback to drive product improvements
- Translate retail channel requirements into detailed product specifications
- Manage product launches and feature rollouts
- Establish client success metrics and monitor product adoption
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Establish product metrics and KPIs to measure success
- Analyze usage patterns and client behavior data
- Create comprehensive performance reports for executive team
- Lead dashboard tool selection and implementation
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of B2B SaaS or e-commerce product management experience
- Experience with marketplace integrations preferred
- Proficiency with BI tools and data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
- Ability to work across multiple time zones and cultures
- Experience with retail/e-commerce platforms and APIs preferred
