Team Global Express is seeking a Strategic Account Manager – Partners to join our high-performing Strategic Accounts team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to manage key enterprise accounts while driving new business development across tier-one partners. As a Strategic Account Manager, you'll lead and grow high-value partner relationships, drive national new business across key industries, and deliver innovative transport solutions that build loyalty and unlock long-term growth.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute customer growth strategies and annual service plans.
• Conduct regular business reviews and maintain executive-level relationships.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and drive expansion across GE's service offerings.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with internal teams to align operational delivery with customer expectations.
• Champion customer needs internally and develop innovative solutions.
• Pursue new business opportunities aligned with strategic goals.

What You'll Bring:

• Extensive experience in managing and selling complex B2B solutions.
• Proven success in strategic account management and business development.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of transport services and digital ecommerce trends.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to influence at all levels, from C-suite to operational teams.
