Team Global Express have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Sales Incentive Administrator to join our Commercial Operations team based in Banksmeadow or Eastern Creek site.
You will support the efficient and accurate execution of our Sales Incentive Program (SIP). You will also be responsible for ensuring incentive data is correctly processed, letters and documentation are delivered on time, and queries are resolved efficiently, all contributing to the smooth operation of our high-performing sales function.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and collaborating across teams including Finance, Sales, and Performance.
