Night Shift Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Operations Supervisor to join our team at Adelaide Airport, SA on a full-time basis. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day operation of the site.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead frontline teams, and ensure service, safety, and performance targets are consistently achieved. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for coordinating and driving the performance and safety of truck drivers, forklift operators, and dockhands across the depot.

This is a night shift role, operating Monday to Friday from 1:00am to 9:00am.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising daily operational activities and staff
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Coordinating workflow to meet service and customer requirements
• Supporting and coaching team members to achieve performance outcomes
• Monitoring productivity, KPIs, and reporting requirements
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues

About You

• Previous experience in an operations, supervisory, or team leader role
• Strong people leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Safety-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
• Experience in logistics, transport, warehousing, or a similar operational environment is highly regarded
• Forklift Licence (LF) would be advantageous
• C Class Drivers Licence required
