We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take charge of our Cromwell branch, leading daily operations and ensuring safe, efficient workflows. This is a practical leadership role where you'll balance people management with being out on the floor when needed.

Days and hours: Monday – Friday, 6am – 4pm (45hr week).

This is a practical leadership role where you'll balance people management with being out on the floor when needed. You'll oversee all inbound and outbound freight, drive team performance, and deliver strong results. You'll focus on safety, productivity, customer service, and accurate reporting while ensuring resources are used effectively.

You're a proven people leader with a strong background in freight, transport, or warehousing. You thrive in fast-paced environments, make confident decisions, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves when required. A forklift licence is essential and holding a Class 4 or 5 truck licence will give you an advantage.
