In this role, you will manage a variety of day-to-day requests and processes, such as payroll queries, expenses and platform administration. You'll play a crucial role in supporting smooth operations across all of our functions, ensuring quick response times and high-quality service.

We're looking for someone who has experience in a people operations, HR coordinator, or client services role. Start-up experience is a plus, but not required. You should be highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills. Great communication skills and a professional approach are essential. You should be detail-oriented, approachable, service-driven, and enjoy helping people. You should also be curious and proactive in staying up to date with HR and compliance matters. You should thrive in fast-paced environments and be comfortable with change.
