Where you will work

You will be placed in a cutting-edge business unit that deals with the development and proposal of innovative services for the management and maintenance of company technologies. We offer configuration, logistics, financial services, and much more, with a specific focus on managing customer relationships and commercial development.

What you will do:

• Support in managing orders and sales requests of our service portfolio, ensuring timely and customer-oriented service.
• Collaborate with senior technicians in the laboratory, learning to perform work on machines.
• Provide responses to customer requests over time, working closely with the BU team.
• Support in managing customer backorders and reporting.
• Learn to build and maintain excellent customer relationships through proactive engagement and specialist knowledge of products.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or university degree in economic or technical subjects.
• Good technical computer skills and passion for technology.
• Interest in learning and deepening technical topics, putting knowledge into practice in the laboratory.
• Result orientation, personal organization, and proactivity.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of the English language and medium knowledge of Excel.

What we offer:

• 6-month internship + 6 months with expense reimbursement above market parameters.
• Hybrid work mode (2 days in the office, 3 days at home).
