Service Delivery Manager

The primary purpose of this position is to manage the delivery of services from the Tech Data Vietnam team towards the customers that will consume these. These services primarily include AI, Data Analytics, and Cloud Integration. The role involves working with internal tech teams as well as externally vendors whom we engage with to deliver the defined scope of work. Key areas of responsibility include implementation, configuration, and managed services.

This role will drive adoption of the Company's value proposition in the related business thereby impacting the assigned product's Revenue.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end service delivery for customers, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and external vendors to deliver implementation, configuration, and managed services.
• Manage opportunity pipelines, accelerate closure, and assist in proper delivery processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service delivery matters.
• Monitor service performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, vendor requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Support the Solutions Manager in driving adoption of Tech Data's value proposition in the market.
• Provide input on service offerings to enhance competitiveness and customer value.
• Contribute to revenue growth by ensuring successful delivery and customer retention.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in service delivery, IT project management, or vendor management.
• Demonstrated expertise in AI frameworks, data analytics platforms, and cloud integration solutions across leading technologies
• Strong knowledge of IT implementation, configuration, and managed services.
• Experience working with external vendors and internal technical teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently without direct reports, while influencing cross-functional teams.
• Customer-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
