As a Sales Teamleader, you will lead a team of Inside Sales Specialists. Together, you will ensure flawless and proactive service to the customer to build a long-term customer relationship. You will also be responsible for efficient pipeline management and achieving sales objectives.

And besides:

  • Help your employees develop and provide training and coaching moments;
  • Guide your team in the right direction by motivating and enthusing them;
  • Regularly plan a structured work review and individual feedback moments with your team members;
  • Ensure efficient operation within your team and think processively towards innovations or improvements;
  • Be closely involved in recruiting new employees;
  • Maintain a dynamic and pleasant work atmosphere within the team;
  • Maintain your own product knowledge and expertise through timely certification and further education;
  • Actively manage the pipeline by regular alignment with the vendor(s);
  • Work on a quality relationship with the customer and join the team;
  • Provide cross-selling opportunities.

You:

  • Take initiative, are driven, a go-getter and have persuasive power;
  • Are commercially oriented;
  • Have experience in people management or want to launch your career in that direction;
  • Have affinity and/or relevant experience in the job;
  • Can guide, inspire and motivate people;
  • Work result-oriented and always strive for a win-win situation;
  • Ensure correct administration and follow-up of quotes and customer contact details in CRM by yourself and your team;
  • Work result-oriented and accurately follow up on matters;
  • See this job in the long term;
  • Preferably have experience with SAP
  • Are available to travel to Belgium or the Netherlands
