Objective of the Role:

For the expansion of our sales team in Barcelona, we are looking for a person for the position of Sales Operations Executive to support the internal sales function by processing sales orders and providing accurate quotations, as well as preparing offers. Among their responsibilities will be:

• Responsible for daily loading activity, including any electronic processing of orders.
• Handling orders and modifying them, including coordination with third parties until billing and after-sales.
• Management of stock and orders to manufacturers.
• Management of delivery schedules and special prices.
• Management of after-sales credits.
• Use of Excel for bulk loading of orders.

What We Are Looking For In You:

• Experience in order management and/or administration.
• Organization and prioritization skills.
• Ability to handle pressure during peak workloads.
• Backoffice-oriented profile.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel minimum.
• Professional level of Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of the computer market – how the channel works.
• SAP R3 / Business Warehouse.
