Sales Manager For Cloud & Software Team

About The Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our Cloud & Software team in Solna. The team consists of 5 talented sales professionals covering AWS, Google Cloud, Data & AI solutions. This role is about coaching people, setting direction, and inspiring the team to reach the next level.

What You Will Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 sales professionals.
  • Drive growth across AWS, Google, and Data & AI solution areas.
  • Set clear goals, track performance, and remove roadblocks.
  • Act as a partner to vendors and internal stakeholders to strengthen go-to-market.
  • Support account strategy, customer meetings, and QBRs when needed.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven track record in sales leadership, ideally in cloud or software.
  • Strong coaching skills – you are a leader, not just a manager.
  • Commercial understanding of AWS, Google Cloud, and Data & AI offerings.
  • Ability to work strategically while staying close to the team's day-to-day reality.
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
