Junior HR Generalist

We are looking for a Junior HR Generalist to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) for a 12-month contract. This role offers a great opportunity to gain broad exposure within HR functions, including HR administration, recruitment, and employee onboarding.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and has strong analytical skills to work with employee data and ensure accuracy in HR documentation.

What you'll do:

• Prepare and process employment contracts and related HR documentation with a high level of accuracy
• Support HR processes related to recruitment, and general HR administration
• Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity across systems
• Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with employee onboarding and provide administrative support for new hires
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations

What we're kindly looking for:

• Previous experience in HR, payroll, recruitment, or a related HR function
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work accurately with data
• Comfortable with HR systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
