About the role:

For the expansion of our team in Barcelona, we are looking for an Internal Sales Specialist to support the team and work towards achieving the sales and margin objectives, collaborating closely with the manufacturer, within the business unit.

Among their responsibilities, they will:

• Work the assigned accounts to develop their business in TD SYNNEX in the Iberian market.
• Make phone calls to acquire new clients.
• Identify, follow up, and close deals.
• Promote and sell the use of TD SYNNEX e-business services.
• Perform the proactive activities marked by the department.
• Make offers, follow up on offers, and convert them into orders.
• Provide clients with accurate information on products, prices, special offers, and promotions.
• Achieve the telephone standards in outbound or inbound calls.
• Achieve the sales objectives.

We are looking for a person who has knowledge of:

• Experience in B2B sales in the technology sector (manufacturer, partner, or distributor).
• Good knowledge of the IT channel model, especially in IT solutions.
• Profile oriented to results, with a consultative focus and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• High level of Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Desirable requirements:

• Intermediate level of English.
• Knowledge of TD SYNNEX competitors.
