Your Responsibilities

• You will take responsibility for a PC systems manufacturer and actively expand its market presence.
• You will manage a stable customer base—cold calling is not part of our approach, but you enjoy engaging with customers and deepening relationships.
• For calls or complaints, you are the first point of contact: solution-oriented, competent, and in close collaboration with the outside sales, product marketing/presales, and the manufacturer.
• You will create offers, provide product information, and verify orders.
• You will accompany projects from start to finish—with creative ideas that give our customers confidence in having chosen the right partner.
• You will independently negotiate prices and provide retailers with services such as project financing or technical training—together with our specialist departments.
• You will proactively promote, approach customers, and generate additional business. You also keep an eye on reactivating inactive existing customers.
• With your efforts, you contribute to achieving sales and margin targets and impress with strong KPIs.
• The maintenance and expansion of contacts with our software manufacturers are also part of your daily routine.

Your Expertise

• Completed commercial training—you are proud of it.
• Sales is in your blood, ideally you have already gained experience in the IT environment.
• Communication is your strength: quick-witted, personable, and enjoying phone contact. You use German and English confidently.
• Challenging tasks motivate you—with initiative and quick comprehension, you master them together with your team.
• Very good PC knowledge and the ability to quickly get up to speed with new software complete your profile.
