Job Purpose: As a Transport Operations Specialist you would support and optimize all transport and logistics operations for Iberia, working closely with transport providers, internal teams, and warehouse operations to ensure efficient distribution, cost-quality balance, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily transport operations across Iberia.
• Manage relationships and negotiations with transport providers.
• Assign transport.
• Support warehouse operations with routing, rotations, and load planning.
• Handle full-truck-load development, price comparisons, and shipment follow-up.
• Manage inbound flows and movements between warehouses.
• Centralize transport management from quotation to execution.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Finance, and other internal teams.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimization.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Basic knowledge of the transport/logistics sector (any transport company background is valid).
• Strong skills in Office 365, especially Excel.
• High willingness to learn and grow (junior or experienced profiles welcome).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage fast-paced operations.
• Team-oriented, resilient, patient, and adaptable.
• Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Nice to have: English and Portuguese.
