Technical Pre-Sales IBM

Be a key player in our IBM technology team at TD SYNNEX Norway. You will be an important part of our Nordic team and play a central role in developing, customizing, and presenting IBM solutions that meet customer needs. This role offers you the opportunity to build strong relationships, drive technical innovation, and help maximize business opportunities for IBM in Norway.

As a Technical Pre-Sales IBM, you will have deep technical knowledge of IBM solutions and will work closely with partners, suppliers, and end customers to develop and deliver complex technology solutions that meet customer needs.

What will you do?

• Define and develop technology solutions to meet customer needs, by collaborating with both end users and resellers.
• Work closely with sales teams to deliver technical proposals and support sales presentations.
• Support sales processes by providing technical expertise and advice to both internal and external teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Be involved in pre-sales activities such as technical presentations, product demonstrations, and technical assessments.
• Contribute to designing solutions based on IBM's portfolio and meeting specific customer and market needs.
• Participate in customer meetings and workshops to discuss solutions and gather technical requirements.
• Provide training and support to the sales organization, as well as contribute to internal technical skill enhancement.
• Answer technical queries and support requests from customers and sales teams in a fast and effective manner.

What do we look for?

• Fluent in both Norwegian and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of the IT industry, including channels, suppliers, competitors, and end users.
• Experience with IBM solutions and data center infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and drive processes forward.
• Ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously and deliver results within given timeframes.
