Strategic Partner For Pre-Sales Process

Serves as a strategic partner in the pre-sales process, managing high-volume, complex customer quoting and bid desk operations. This role requires deep expertise in pricing strategy, Salesforce navigation, SLA management, and cross-functional coordination to deliver accurate, timely, and customer-focused solutions. Operates with a high level of autonomy and accountability, supporting sales teams and account managers in driving revenue and operational efficiency.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required:

  1. Leads the end-to-end quoting process for complex customer solutions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business goals.
  2. Processes and manages all customer quotations and deal registrations, applying strategic pricing and promotional programs.
  3. Navigates Salesforce expertly to manage customer records, track opportunities, and ensure data integrity across quoting and renewal activities.
  4. Determines customer equipment needs through detailed analysis and collaboration with account managers and sales teams.
  5. Coordinates with account owners and internal stakeholders to align on solution design, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  6. Manages SLA commitments, ensuring timely response and resolution of customer requests while maintaining high service standards.
  7. Maintains exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all quotes, forms, and documentation are accurate and audit-ready.
  8. Supports sales forecasting and planning by contributing data and insights from quoting activity and customer interactions.

Education & Certifications:

  • High School Graduate with HS Diploma field of study required.

Working Conditions:

  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
