Sr. Sales Operations Analyst

The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst is a specialist within the Sales Admin team, responsible for managing and executing critical processes that require a high level of expertise, accuracy, and industry knowledge. This role aims to optimize operations by analyzing, troubleshooting, and handling strategic topics that directly impact efficiency and service quality. The focus is on managing complex cases, supporting decision-making, and training the team on best practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an expert in key Sales Admin processes, ensuring compliance with quality and efficiency standards.

• Manage and resolve strategic and critical issues requiring deep expertise and analysis.

• Support supervisors in optimizing workflows and solving operational challenges.

• Train and guide team members on advanced topics, ensuring continuous improvement.

• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and tools, proposing innovative solutions.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Finance, purchase, and Compliance to ensure alignment on critical processes.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to improve productivity and operational accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Execution & Optimization – Oversee and execute complex sales operations processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy while identifying areas for improvement.
  • Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting – Analyze and resolve escalated issues, providing expert solutions to maintain operational flow and prevent recurring problems.
  • Support for Supervisors & Process Improvement – Assist supervisors in developing and implementing strategies to optimize workflows and enhance team performance.
  • Training & Mentorship – Act as a reference for the team on advanced operational topics, mentoring and training team members on high-impact processes.
  • Data Validation & Compliance – Review and validate critical data to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Finance, purchase, and Compliance teams to streamline operations and align processes.
  • Special Projects & Initiatives – Participate in high-impact projects requiring in-depth Sales Admin expertise to drive innovation and efficiency.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • 1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience
  • Some college education is Required
  • Associate Degree in Business is Preferred
  • Sales Operations Expertise – Deep understanding of sales administration processes, order management, and operational workflows.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting – Ability to interpret and analyze data to identify trends, optimize performance, and drive decision-making.
  • ERP Systems – Proficiency in using NEXT, CIS and Jira tools.
  • Process Improvement – Experience in optimizing workflows, increasing efficiency, and reducing errors through best practices and automation.
  • Compliance & Policy Adherence – Strong knowledge of company policies, industry regulations, and compliance requirements related to sales operations.
  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking – Ability to assess complex situations, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective solutions.
  • Communication & Collaboration – Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, supervisors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail – High level of accuracy in handling data, reviewing documents, and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Leadership & Mentorship – Ability to guide and support team members, acting as a subject matter expert in critical areas.
  • Time Management & Prioritization – Capable of handling multiple high-priority tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
  • Adaptability & Initiative – Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
