As a Services Execution Specialist, you will act as a subject matter expert in end-to-end services execution, facilitating the fulfillment process to ensure service levels are met. Vendor and service agnostic, you will review and enter orders for all vendors and services, maintaining quality throughout, regardless of ERP. You will manage all backlog and be accountable for the entire order-to-invoice process, including researching and resolving order issues. Additionally, you will proactively communicate order status and expectations to sales and customers.
Manage the order-to-invoice process, from order entry to billing for all services, vendors and customers.
Oversee the end-to-end services execution process, ensuring all service levels are met.
Proactively communicate order status, updates, and expectations to sales teams and customers. Provide clear and timely information regarding any changes or delays.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and operations.
Generate reports on order status, backlog, and service performance metrics.
Monitor and manage order backlog, prioritizing tasks to minimize delays.
Implement strategies to reduce backlog and improve turnaround times.
Research and resolve order-related issues promptly and effectively.
1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience
High School Graduate required
Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
Able to use common office equipment.
Possesses basic data entry skills.
Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
