Join The Global Sales Force

The Global Sales Force (GSF) is composed of over 100 employees in France. Focused on the B2B segment, GSF targets SMB and large accounts/corporates. The teams manage client relationships and act as a liaison between our partners and the business units. GSF addresses the entire TD SYNNEX portfolio, you will join the SMB team.

Your missions, if you accept them, will be:

  • Pilot and animate your team to achieve and exceed sales and profitability objectives,
  • Implement an effective organization and use the appropriate tools to maximize customer satisfaction,
  • Structure and support the commercial day of the team (schedule actions, review of the pipeline),
  • Set clear objectives, track performance and develop your team’s skills through coaching and development plans,
  • Collaborate with field sales and ensure the team’s autonomy on accounts,
  • Support the team’s sales on strategic accounts,
  • Ensure a quality relationship with clients and internal partners: ADV, Operations, Customer Service, Credit, business unit...
  • Be a force of proposal to identify new opportunities for growth and maximize the potential of client accounts,
  • Ensure accurate reporting and follow up on KPIs: outbound calls, forecasts, profitability, etc.

What is your superpower?

  • Experience in successful commercial management, ideally in a B2B environment,
  • Good knowledge of the distribution ecosystem and ability to interact with SMB clients,
  • Leadership, coaching and team development skills,
  • Analytical mind and ability to drive performance through numbers,
  • Excellent communication and ability to motivate a team,
  • You are able to clearly understand the direction and strategic challenges,
  • English, B1 level would be appreciated.
