What You Will Do:

  • Work closely with strategic planners in European countries to interpret and understand the business of various product portfolios in the different European markets per Business Unit (including PCs, Mobile, Peripherals, …)
  • Generate and manage purchase orders, ensuring alignment with Strategic Planners' specifications and parameters.
  • Validate vendor order confirmations, meticulously verifying product accuracy, quantity, pricing, and delivery dates, and promptly update the SAP system.
  • Support Local Planners in navigating vendor price changes, ensuring accurate cost prices are reflected within the SAP system.
  • Facilitate seamless stock rotation processes by coordinating with vendors and logistics teams in adherence to contractual agreements.
  • Resolve queries related to invoices and warehouse operations for assigned vendors, ensuring efficient resolution.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures while continuously reviewing and updating them as necessary.
  • Take ownership of and successfully manage ad hoc projects as defined by the manager, demonstrating a proactive approach.
  • Maintain timely and effective communication with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

What We Would Like You To Bring Us:

  • You are proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word), analytical tools (Power BI), Data mining tools (Celonis) and experienced in SAP modules SAP R3/ ECC / IBP.
  • You have effective communication skills with internal and external partners.
  • You are a proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong attention to detail.
  • You are not scared by dashboards, spreadsheets, and complexity of business processes.
  • You have the ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • You have strong analytical skills to interpret data and take appropriate actions.
  • You have knowledge of basic purchasing and inventory principles and practices would be advantageous.
