Your Team:
Maverick is a global specialist in audio-visual (AV) distribution with over 20 years of experience in providing high-quality and forward-looking technology solutions for digital signage, meeting rooms, and collaboration. The company is at the forefront of collaboration and digital signage solutions and is driving the modernization of corporate communication.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the motivated sales team in administrative matters and thereby increase the efficiency of the sales process. You work hand in hand with our sales inside and outside the office.
- As part of our sales operations team, it is your task to efficiently and reliably process daily incoming orders.
- You independently take care of the processing of order-related orders and are in close contact with our specialist departments.
- For internal and external inquiries from our customers and business partners via our ticket system and for incoming complaints, you always have an open ear and provide binding and competent solutions. You work closely with the sales inside and after-sales management.
- Based on specifications, you create offers and keep the important margin calculation in mind.
- With great care, you also take care of order follow-up and order management (e.g., monitoring and controlling backlog lists, delivery blocks, conditions of the individual manufacturers, and processing written delivery time inquiries).
- Last but not least, you are an idea generator for the optimization of existing processes – we are looking forward to your ideas!
Your Expertise:
- You are proud of your completed commercial vocational training.
- Relevant work experience is a plus and ideally you have already gained first work experience in the back office. If not – no problem. We are also happy to welcome lateral entrants and will teach you!
- You like to communicate and have fun in contact with customers, manufacturers and internal colleagues. For this you like to use your fluent language skills in German and good English skills.
- You are looking forward to challenging tasks that you want to master with a lot of initiative and your good understanding together with an excellent team.
- Of course, the common MS Office applications are not new to you. SAP knowledge is an advantage, but not mandatory.
