Our division Solutions & Innovations supports partners on all types of projects around network solutions, security, collaboration, virtualization, data center, IoT, cloud... Our goal is to offer technical expertise on global solutions. We provide added value on multi-manufacturer and multi-publisher tenders. Our services focus on pre-sales, solution demonstrations, proof of concept, and knowledge transfer. You act as internal support to the commercial director of the supplier to increase market share through the execution of the economic plan and the management of the pipeline.

You will join the Data Management Business Unit and particularly on the brands VMware, Veeam, Object First, and Wasabi.

What you will do: Manage a sales channel team or commercial unit (BU), including internal and external sales employees, to achieve the objectives defined in terms of turnover, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPI), while providing exceptional service to TD SYNNEX clients in a specific sales channel or commercial unit. Manage and develop internal and external salespeople to achieve results in line with the company's strategy and values.

Your missions, if you accept them, will be:

  • Develop market entry strategies for the sales channel or commercial unit and maintain accurate PAM (Partner Account Manager) data at the client and supplier level.
  • Ensure complete client coverage by team members, with relevant attention to the channel.
  • Optimize team organization and tool usage to maximize sales and customer satisfaction in the specified sales channel or commercial unit.
  • Set financial objectives and targets for the team, followed by regular reviews, feedback, development plans, and performance management.
  • Create a motivating climate through regular coaching, team meetings, training, recognition, and stimulation of commercial activity.
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure TD SYNNEX maintains exceptional service levels in sales, operations, reporting, customer service, and credit.
  • Collaborate with internal salespeople (ISE) to prepare and review action plans to develop accounts while protecting existing activities, thus maximizing PAM in the sales channel or commercial unit.
  • Demonstrate effective sales processes during daily interactions with the team and clients.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings with key clients to improve understanding of activities, business operations, and execution.
  • Work proactively with suppliers and/or specialized business units (SBUs) and general sales teams to identify and exploit additional business opportunities.
  • Ensure effective management of records in relevant HR systems (absences, leave, etc.).
  • Provide accurate weekly forecasts, including pipeline details.
  • Achieve KPI objectives (e.g., outbound call standards).
  • Achieve sales and margin objectives.
  • Develop sales plans and account reviews in collaboration with field salespeople (FSE) and business development managers (BDM).
  • Adopt exemplary behavior in line with TD SYNNEX values.
