Internal Sales Specialist

As an Internal Sales Specialist, you will be one of the first contact persons for our customers. You will help customers with their software questions for the vendor VMWare/Veeam.

Providing appropriate and proactive service to customers to establish a sustainable customer relationship is one of the main objectives.

And besides:

  • Prepare and actively follow up on your quotes
  • Complete an order fully
  • Answer or redirect all questions asked by the customer in accordance with the agreed SLAs
  • Maintain your own product knowledge and expertise through timely certification and training
  • Actively manage the pipeline
  • Work on a quality relationship with the customer
  • Make your relevant customer information available to the organization via our CRM tool
  • Collaborate with colleagues from the Inside Sales Team to meet customer requirements
  • Pass on cross-selling opportunities
  • Search for new customers and proactively contact them

You:

  • Have relevant work experience
  • Speak fluent Dutch, have a solid knowledge of French and English
  • Have a commercial mindset
  • Possess a flexible mindset
  • Work results-oriented
  • Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
