Objective Of The Position

Achieve individual and team goals in terms of profitability, providing exceptional service to TD SYNNEX clients while maintaining the highest levels of precision, efficiency, and quality in service to clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of assigned clients to develop their business in TD SYNNEX in the Iberian market. Promote and sell the use of TD SYNNEX e-business services. Collect detailed client information to help increase their business within TD SYNNEX. Identify, track, and close sales opportunities. Carry out proactive activities established by the department. Prepare offers, follow up, and convert them into orders. Provide clients with accurate information about products, prices, special offers, and promotions. Maintain quality standards in incoming and outgoing calls. Achieve sales targets. Represent TD SYNNEX always professionally and efficiently. Sell the benefits of working with TD SYNNEX and its value proposition. Develop and execute account plans to maintain and grow client business, in collaboration with different divisions and departments of the company.

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

Effective communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels. Proactive and highly motivated profile. Problem-solving and negotiation skills. Efficient time management and prioritization skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Experience in IT channel sales and/or purchasing (desirable). Basic knowledge of hardware and software products (desirable).
