Internal Sales Executive

This is an entry level opportunity to become an Internal Sales Executive for TD SYNNEX.

Responsibilities:

  • Building excellent customer relationships
  • Communicating with customers via telephone
  • Providing accurate and timely quotations to customers
  • Providing product information, pricing, special offers and promotions
  • Ensuring TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers
  • Selling the benefits of using TD SYNNEX
  • Achieving monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets

To Be Successful You Will Have The Following Skills And Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience with either sales/customer service
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
  • Numerate with good attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strive to achieve set targets
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Good at building relationships
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ideal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM
