Your Responsibilities:
- You create offers, orders, and provide product information. You work hand in hand with our virtualization software team, who support you with all administrative questions.
- On incoming calls, you help our customers and clarify technical questions in close contact with our team and the manufacturer.
- You monitor the timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- You enthusiastically implement sales promotions, follow up proactively with customers (B2B), and generate additional business. You also keep an eye on the reactivation/regain of inactive customers.
- You contribute to achieving the quarterly sales and margin goals for the respective customer or segment and convince through the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- You also care about the maintenance and expansion of contacts with software manufacturers.
Your Expertise:
- You are passionate about sales and have ideally gained first professional experience in the sale of IT products. If not, that's no problem. We will teach you!
- You communicate well, enjoy telephone contact with customers, and have salesmanship.
- German knowledge is a must and English is a desirable plus.
- You are excited about challenging tasks that you want to master with much initiative and your good understanding in a great team.
- The common MS Office applications are no new territory for you. SAP knowledge is an advantage but not required.
