As an Internal Sales Specialist, you play a key role in achieving both individual and team objectives, while making our TD SYNNEX customers happy with your excellent service. With a keen eye for detail, you ensure that everything runs smoothly, always with the highest level of precision, efficiency, and customer focus.

Additionally:

• Achieve your monthly and quarterly targets for revenue and margin.
• Create and send accurate quotes to customers within the agreed timeframe.
• Obtain and maintain accreditations in supplier programs.
• Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads in our CRM system.
• Build proactive relationships with both internal colleagues and external clients and partners.
• Present, sell, and negotiate product information, prices, special offers, and promotions.
• Ensure that our service level agreements with customers are met.
• Promote the benefits and unique value of our company in every conversation you have.
• Develop and implement account plans to maintain and grow the client business.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Executives or Business Development Managers when necessary.

You:

• Speak fluent Dutch, have a good knowledge of French and English.
• Prioritize the customer's wishes.
• Are proactive and self-motivated.
• Can distinguish between main and secondary issues and are numerically skilled with an eye for detail.
• Are problem-solving and negotiation-savvy.
• Have strong organizational skills with a focus on planning and prioritization.
• Enjoy working in an enthusiastic team focused on a positive work environment.
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Have experience with IT channel sales and/or purchases (pre).
• Have basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• If you have experience with SAP R3 / BW, it is an advantage.
