Your Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for a designated authorized customer base
  • For incoming calls or complaints, you help our customers in a solution-oriented manner and clarify technical questions in close contact with our sales force, product marketing, and suppliers
  • You create offers and advise our customers on Dell Technologies products
  • You conduct independent price negotiations and supply our specialists with all TD SYNNEX service offerings (e.g., project financing, product refinement, special deliveries, etc.) in collaboration with the relevant specialist departments (lead management)
  • You enthusiastically implement sales promotions, follow up proactively with customers (B2B), and generate additional business. You also keep an eye on the reactivation/regaining of inactive customers
  • You contribute motivatedly to achieving the quarterly sales and margin targets for the respective customer or segment and convince through the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • You also care about the maintenance and expansion of contacts with Dell Technologies as a manufacturer

Your Expertise:

  • You are proud of your completed commercial vocational training
  • You are passionate about sales and have already gained at least three years of professional experience in sales (preferably in the IT sector)
  • You communicate well, enjoy telephone contact with customers, and have sales skills. You like to use your language skills in German and English
  • You are excited about challenging tasks that you want to master together with a great team using your initiative and good understanding
  • The common MS Office applications are no strangers to you. SAP knowledge is an advantage, but not mandatory
  • You communicate confidently and competently in German and English
