Our Team Needs Reinforcement In Western And Central Germany (Ideally: Cologne, Frankfurt, Kassel)

Your Role:

As a field service engineer, you will install, maintain, and repair devices and systems directly at the customer and serve as the technical interface between our company and the customer within the framework of our managed services agreement. Your main tasks include troubleshooting complex technical problems, providing technical support, documenting service operations, and ensuring efficient operation of devices in accordance with customer requirements.

Your Responsibility Area:

• Technical support for hardware and software – on-site and remote
• Performing maintenance, fault analysis, and repairs
• Installing and commissioning new systems
• Documenting all service activities
• Direct communication with our customers to ensure their requirements
• Collaboration with internal teams such as engineering, sales, and support

Your Expertise:

• You have a degree or training in system integration or a related field
• You have 3–5 years of relevant work experience and are proficient in relevant it applications at an advanced level
• You quickly learn new technologies and systems
• You work independently, reliably, and keep a cool head even under time pressure
• You communicate clearly and understandably – also in intercultural teams, in german and english
• You handle sensitive information confidentially
• You have a driver’s license and are willing to travel within your region
