Field Sales Specialist (Hewlett Packard Enterprise, HPE)

As a Field Sales Specialist (Hewlett Packard Enterprise, HPE) you will be responsible for translating vendor/technology growth plans internally and to drive them in specific strategic segments. Aligned with marketing on MDF and with the wider sales organization on specialized opportunities.

What you'll do:

  • Grow profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy in full alignment under clear managerial direction.
  • Negotiation of key tenders and large deals with complete knowledge of all job functions and broad industry best practices, techniques, and standards.
  • Optimize results by driving sales out of agreed vendor portfolio including new vendor identification, on-boarding and other business development initiatives.
  • Drives overall vendor management creates customer unique selling propositions that protects margin integrity and promotes long term value-based customer engagement.
  • Enable and help the sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share.
  • Maintains full knowledge of assigned vendor's product/service line.

What we're kindly looking for:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience working with solution and services sales.
  • High energy with a positive "can-do" attitude, consistently able to deliver above expectations.
  • Self-motivator able to define and achieve clear individual, team and company priorities and execute autonomously.
  • Proven ability to self-manage in an external environment.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
