Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the key support for the sales team in entering purchase orders in the TD SYNNEX management system, ensuring their correct processing according to established processes and procedures.
What You Will Do:
- Ingress and validation of purchase orders and quotations in the system.
- Detailed review of information to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.
- Direct and constant communication with the sales team to ensure efficient management.
- Monitoring of quality indicators, maintaining a margin of error within the limit allowed by Q.
What We Are Looking For:
- Between 1 and 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to execute instructions with precision and request clarifications when necessary.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in task execution.
- Ability to solve complex problems, apply critical thinking and make sound decisions.
- Clear and effective communication to convey information in a timely manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, meeting established objectives.
Work Conditions:
- Professional, office environment (Hybrid).
