Job Purpose
El Customer Service Analyst ser谩 responsable de brindar soporte administrativo y documental a las operaciones del 谩rea, colaborando de manera transversal con distintos equipos internos y proveedores externos. Esta posici贸n es ideal para perfiles entry level, con inter茅s en desarrollarse en un entorno corporativo, administrativo y de comercio exterior, donde la atenci贸n al detalle, la organizaci贸n y la disposici贸n al aprendizaje son clave.
Key Responsibilities
Soporte Administrativo
- Brindar soporte administrativo a las operaciones del 谩rea de back office.
- Apoyar en procesos de facturaci贸n, seguimiento de cuentas por pagar y por cobrar, y control de informaci贸n administrativa.
- Dar seguimiento a documentaci贸n operativa y administrativa requerida por los distintos equipos.
Gesti贸n Documental y Control
- Revisar, validar y organizar documentaci贸n administrativa y legal.
- Asegurar la correcta captura y control de informaci贸n en reportes y archivos.
- Elaborar y dar seguimiento a reportes administrativos b谩sicos.
Relaci贸n Interdepartamental
- Interactuar de manera constante con 谩reas internas como ventas, cobranza, servicios y operaciones.
- Mantener comunicaci贸n con proveedores y clientes internos/externos para el seguimiento de procesos administrativos.
Verificaci贸n y Seguimiento
- Verificar servicios y documentaci贸n de proveedores.
- Asegurar que la informaci贸n cumpla con los lineamientos y procesos establecidos.
- Apoyar en actividades administrativas adicionales conforme a las necesidades del 谩rea.
Required Profile & Qualifications
Nivel de Experiencia
- Entry level (reci茅n egresados o con experiencia m铆nima).
- Perfil abierto al aprendizaje, con inter茅s en desarrollarse en un entorno administrativo y corporativo.
Formaci贸n Acad茅mica
- Licenciatura o carrera t茅cnica en:
- Administraci贸n
- Contadur铆a
- Negocios Internacionales
- Carreras afines (Preferente por la relaci贸n con comercio exterior y documentaci贸n legal.)
Habilidades T茅cnicas
- Manejo indispensable de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.
- No es obligatorio contar con experiencia previa en sistemas de gesti贸n, pero se considera un plus.
Idiomas
- Ingl茅s intermedio (lectura y comprensi贸n de documentos legales y correos).
- No se requiere nivel biling眉e.
