Cloud Presales Specialist

TD SYNNEX is hiring a Cloud Presales Specialist focused on cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure. We are looking for a technically driven colleague with a background in IT or relevant work experience to further develop their expertise in the cloud. You will become part of a team that supports the expansion of Microsoft Azure in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

What will be your role?

• Pre-sales support for internal sales teams, partners, and their customers;
• Analysis of application and business requirements and proposal of suitable solutions;
• Preparation of Azure architecture proposals (in collaboration with Solutions Architects) and commercial offers;
• Collaboration on business planning with internal colleagues and partners;
• Achieving quarterly targets and supporting the growth of demand for Azure technologies;
• Supporting customers in the adoption and operation of Azure solutions to increase their satisfaction;
• Collaboration on the preparation of best practices and sharing of know-how;
• Providing presentations, workshops, and training for the partner community.

What do we expect from you?

• Certification (AZ-104) or willingness to obtain it within 1 year; additional certifications in Microsoft (e.g., Security, Modern Work) or architectural certification (AZ-305) are advantageous;
• Good understanding of cloud computing concepts: virtualization, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS;
• Knowledge of cloud delivery models and awareness of the competitive environment;
• Practical knowledge of basic infrastructure principles (virtualization, storage, monitoring, security, etc.);
• Knowledge of other cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) is advantageous;
• Fluency in Czech/Slovak and English.
