Pay Details: $76,800 - $115,200 CAD

Job Description: Responsibilities

  • Provide application support, including investigation and troubleshooting, and coordinate with vendors to resolve application, software, and hardware issues.
  • Deploy new product versions, upgrades across all environments.
  • Monitor and maintain the health of all SailPoint components, including agents, application servers, databases, and connector gateways.
  • Ensure timely completion of core processes (e.g., Aggregation, Refresh Identity Cube).
  • Track and manage service performance to consistently meet SLA commitments for performance and uptime.
  • Proactively identify and remediate recurring issues; escalate to Engineering as needed.
  • Assist with the integration and onboarding of systems and applications into the SailPoint platform.

Technical & Professional Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, administering, and supporting SailPoint Application.
  • Solid understanding of user lifecycle management, RBAC policies, enterprise roles, rules, lifecycle events, and provisioning workflows.
  • Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business language.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow and JIRA.
  • Participate in the team on-call rotation, providing 24x7 support during a one week rotation as scheduled.
  • Familiar with vulnerability assessments and experienced in coordinating remediation activities.
