IT Build Analyst II

The IT Build Analyst II provides a broad range of research, installation, maintenance, configuration, administration and/or provisioning of systems/applications. May also be involved in deployment and release management activities.

Depth & Scope:

  • Installs, configures, upgrades, and administers business applications/systems of moderate to high complexity in coordination with appropriate stakeholders
  • Work is performed under minimal management supervision
  • May act as a reference for team members or clients
  • May develop scripts using appropriate tools to address gaps in the application/system, to simplify and enhance the application/system environment
  • Performs problem determination including data gathering and analysis

Education & Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
  • 3-5 years relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A good understanding of Audio/Video and Telepresence technology
  • 3+ years of experience with virtual meeting technology (ie: Cisco WebEx)
  • 3+ years of experience of client-facing responsibilities in a corporate environment
  • 3+ years of experience with AV vendor technologies (Crestron Processor, X-Panels, DM Matrix, Q-SYS, Shure, BrightSign, Danter Transmitters/Receivers)
  • 3+ years of experience with basic IP networking, wireless technologies
  • 3+ years of experience with webex Meetings and Events management and troubleshooting
  • 3+ years of experience providing FANTASTIC customer service
  • 3+ years of experience with a high level of organization and time management skills
  • Anticipate (e.g. expectations, perceptions, concerns, etc.)
  • Manage multiple issues at the same time
  • Manage your time and activity during both slow and high-urgency periods
  • Work effectively both with others and alone
  • Stick with an issue until the customer is happy, and maintain a sense of humor.
