This position will be supporting credit card portfolio marketing in the US. While primarily focused on Card engagement activities such as Customer education of capabilities and supporting credit line management, the incumbent will also support portfolio analysis to drive new marketing strategies. Familiarity with the credit card business and customer life cycle are essential.
The Business Insights Specialist is responsible for conducting analyses on curated and/or aggregated DataMarts in conjunction with deep business subject matter expertise, to generate relevant analytical insights for business issues and identify opportunities to drive business growth and value. This role works in partnership with business leaders to present or generate appropriate insights including the delivery of supporting collateral and/or presentations.
