R&D Manager in the Marketing Direction leads the research and development processes, ensures market, customer, and trend analysis, creates new ideas and initiatives, and manages the self-employed team effectively.

Main Responsibilities

• Market research and competitor analysis (trend spotting, benchmarks, insight research)
• Development of new marketing strategies, product, and service initiatives
• Coordination of the self-employed team (designers, copywriters, analysts, etc.)
• Measurement of results (KPIs, ROI) and reporting to management
• Establishment of long-term innovative directions
• Development and implementation of new marketing strategies, product, and service initiatives with the segment team
• Identification of necessary sales instruments in digital channels and ensuring their proper use in the digital sales direction

Qualifications

• Knowledge of marketing strategies, market research, and customer analysis
• Experience in project management
• Creative and strategic thinking ability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of communication and leadership
• Knowledge of digital tools (Google Analytics, Marketing Automation tools, Trello/Jira, AI research tools)
