Production Assembly And Support

Taylor Corporation is hiring for Production Assembly and Support. In this role, you will help assemble, package, and prepare products so they are ready to ship to our customers. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and being part of a team that values quality and efficiency, we would like to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

• Do hand tasks such as putting labels on products, cutting and wrapping products, and using tape dispensers or foot controls
• Pack products into boxes, tape them closed for shipping, and check for quality issues
• Stack, pack, and move printed materials on pallets as they come off the equipment
• Read and follow job instructions to make sure orders are made to specifications
• Be on time and work well with coworkers, supervisors, and vendors while doing daily tasks
• Be willing to work in different departments and help where needed
• Follow all safety rules and procedures
• Most work will be done while standing, but some tasks may be done while seated

Your Shift

1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

You Must Have

• Ability to follow written and spoken instructions
• Good attention to detail to spot quality issues
• Willingness to learn new tasks and work in different areas as needed
• Ability to work well with others and communicate clearly
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

We Would Also Prefer

• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly work
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfort using basic hand tools or production equipment
