We're looking for a Call Center Representative to join our customer service team. This role is about communication, follow-through, and problem-solving. You'll be the link between our customers and our production teams, making sure orders are accurate, deadlines are met, and customers feel supported every step of the way.
8:30-5:00, Monday - Friday
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $15–$17. The actual base offered depends on several factors, including your qualifications, relevant experience, unique skills, level of education, certifications, and location.
